Juan Carlos Barrios
General manager
An economist with over 30 years of experience in business administration and management, he has led various projects throughout his career, providing a solid vision for the development of Agrisos and promoting the sector's growth nationally and internationally.
José Luis Barrios
Commercial Director
Currently, he leads the commercial area, where he works closely with clients, identifying their needs and strengthening long-term relationships, seeking sustainable growth opportunities for the company and its producer partners.
Nicolás Vaca Pinto M.
Business manager
Nicolás is responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing new markets, and strengthening strategic relationships with clients, business partners, and financial institutions, all of which are key to Agrisos' growth.
Tito Padilla Guzmán
Plant manager
Manages the internal operations of the plant: from product reception to processing, storage, and dispatch.
Elías Galviz
Production Manager
Elías is in charge of working with small producers: from planting to receiving the pre-cleaned product at our plant.
THE AGRISOS FAMILY
Supporting the management team are 20 people in the administrative, sales, and research departments. We also have 40 collaborators, primarily on the plant staff. This team also includes 500 allied producers who trust us and without whom AGRISOS would not exist.
