History
Agrisos SRL was created in 2001 to export a wide range of agricultural products and support the small producers and their communities in the Santa Cruz region of Bolivia.
Aware of the market developments, Agrisos specializes in the production, export and commercialization of healthy, natural agricultural products.
With the help of an experienced team, Agrisos has managed to export its products to China, Korea, Japan, Brazil, Spain and Colombia. It also distributes its product line ©Agrivida in the Santa Cruz region.

General director
With an academic background in Economics, Juan Carlos has been working for more than 30 years as general director. Moreover, Juan Carlos represents Agrisos in the Export Chamber of Sesame seeds as chairman.

José Luis managed Agrisos as General Director for 10 years before creating the position of Commercial Director in the company. It was then crucial to communicate more frequently with our clients and provide additional services to guarantee their satisfaction. With Juan Carlos, they are responsible for elaborating and implementing the company’s strategy.
VÍCTOR hugo
Production supervisor
Victor is in charge of the work with the small producers from the sowing period to the reception of the grains in our plant. He is also responsible for all the capacity building programs and support provided to the small producers.
Tito padilla GUZMÁN
plant supervisor
To comply with the international quality standards, Tito manages the plant work from the reception of the grains onward. He supervises the performance of the machines, manages the stocks and the truckloads.
To assist our managing team, 20 people work with us in the administrative, commercial, and R&D areas. 40 additional employees help us with the work in the plant.
We must add the 500 small producers who supply the grains and seeds, and without which Agrisos would not exist.
Social & environmental responsibility
Aware of the numerous barriers that small producers deal with, our company offers the needed support to secure an optimal use of their land crops. Agrisos provides certified natural seeds at cost, free and permanent technical assistance, and interest-free loans as advance payments.

Our philosophy is based on a win-win relationship with the producer, a sustainable agriculture, and social responsibility. This relationship is valued as the most important asset of the company.

Agrisos helps directly and indirectly the local communities by providing certified natural seeds, advance payments, capacity building, and additional earnings to the producers and their families.

Our Projects
To diversify its offer, Agrisos is currently developing its own brand ©Agrivida. In accordance with our strategy, Agrivida is a line of healthy, natural products made with sesame and chia seeds that target the healthy-conscious customer segment.

In Agrisos, we are always seeking new ways to meet our customers’ needs and to adapt to the new market trends. Likewise, we have started to manufacture a product line branded ©Agrivida in 2014 to distribute it in the Bolivian market. So as to leverage our experience in international trade, we are willing to partner with other companies to develop a product line fitted to the needs of customers located in the foreign markets.
Certifications
To best meet the expectations of our target markets, we have secured the ISO 9001 certification, and we are about to get the ISO 22000 certification. Also, we are increasing the quantity production of certified organic of sesame seeds and chia seeds in partnership with the producers.
